We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier, but will occasionally utilize UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business day of purchasing, feel free send an email to send@sophisticatedtomboy.store

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
